libbobcat3 software package provides run-time (shared) Bobcat library, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libbobcat3
libbobcat3 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libbobcat3 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libbobcat3 *
You will get with libbobcat3 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
